These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DrawShadow mobile application ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or our servers.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass any access-control or rate-limiting measures.
  • Trace, copy, or distribute any drawing in a way that infringes third-party copyright.

4. User-Generated Content

If you import your own images to trace, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to use them. We do not store or transmit your imported images to our servers — they are processed entirely on your device.

5. Drawings & Intellectual Property

All drawings, illustrations, and content provided by the App are owned by DrawShadow or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them solely for personal, non-commercial tracing on paper. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercialize them.

6. In-App Currency & Rewards

Coins, stars, badges, and other in-app rewards have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable. We may modify or remove rewards at any time without liability.

7. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising. By using the App you agree to the display of ads, including rewarded video ads when you choose to engage with them. See our Privacy Policy for details on the ad networks involved.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrawShadow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
